I support children and teens in individual therapy with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, and interpersonal relationships. I have extensive experience in helping children, youth, and their families develop coping strategies for everyday life. I believe that an individualized approach works best, tailoring my treatment plans based on the child or teen's particular concerns, goals, and personal strengths. In general, I draw my strategies from different evidenced-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and relational psychotherapy. Often, parents are included in the therapy process.
